1956 Commercants Universal - First company in our group of companies was established in Sri Lanka, after the largest British Trading house "Charles Gouldson" in1956 decided  to leave Sri Lanka and hand over its Trading Operations to  "Commercants Universal", after Britain granted "Parliamentary Independence" and thereafter the  establishment of the new Constitution. Commercants Universal continued its operations in a similar capacity trading  Industrial Machinery, Industrial Belting,  Tools, Construction Materials, LP Gas, Lighting & Burners from Europe & Accessories for Garment Industry from Asia. Trading House acted as "Official All Island Representative" for many leading Manufacturers & Suppliers around from Europe & Asia.

1983 Office Automation Services company was established in Sri Lanka to develop solution to the booming IT Sector in the 80's.

1985 Erisha International was established in Sri Lanka. Erisha International has experience in Government Tenders, Construction, Government Liaison, Local Representative for many International companies and assisted in Mega Projects in Seaport, Water Transit, Building Materials, Public and private sector projects.

1992 Infoconsult Inc. was established in North America to provide Information Consulting services & Engineering Consulting Services. 

2003 IWPL Inc. was established in North America dedicated to Promote & Manage major global engineering, manufacturing, construction projects globally.

2008 Adams International was established in Sri Lanka to act as a Trading House & Mega Project Promoter & Investor for Government Sponsored projects in Middle East & South East Asia.
